Marc Adwan Started a Real Estate Fund

Marc Adwan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kybana Group, a real estate company based in Cyprus.

He raised the equity required and decided to penetrate the Cypriot market, targeting its rising economy.

As a first project, Adwan acquired an 8,000 sqm land in Protaras (Cyprus’ chicest summer destination) 200 meters away from the sea where the company will build a residential compound of 16 luxury villas. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2021.

The villas are designed by the best architects in the region and according to the highest standards of modern architecture, they will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and unique features. Each villa includes a private swimming pool, a private terrace, and a rooftop with Jacuzzi/Pergola.

Alternatively, each villa can achieve attractive income levels by taking advantage of the vibrant rental market which is fueled by an ever-growing number of tourist arrivals to the hugely popular Ayia Napa/Protaras area.

Furthermore, owning a property in Cyprus of more than €300,000 would automatically qualify you for a Permanent Residency. A citizenship, on the other hand, requires an investment of over €2,000,000 which can also be accommodated.

Background:

Marc Adwan completed his Master in Construction & Engineering Management from Columbia University in 2012. During that period, he was honored to be one of three students that helped Dr. Ibrahim Odeh create/found the Global Leaders for Construction Management (GLCM).

After that, Marc Adwan went to Saudi Arabia where he worked for 4 years in Jeddah as the Project coordinator on the New Jeddah Airport, a fast-track mega project worth US$ 1.5 Billion. In parallel, he also created and managed a trading company that sold US$ 8 Million worth of construction materials to some of the biggest contractors in Saudi Arabia. Then, he moved to Morocco where he worked for 3 years in Tangier as the Project Manager on the New Tangier Hospital, a US$ 200 Million project. Upon completing the Tangier project, Adwan decided to start his own Real estate company in Cyprus.
