This award is given out monthly by Ryan Marzullo, Managing Director - New York Design and Construction - Delta Air Lines, to a team member who goes above and beyond her or his duties and is always striving to improve and exceed expectations.
The recipient receives a dinosaur for the month and she/he is responsible for decorating it, prior to handing it off to the next recipient. And the winner's name is added to a plaque which hangs in the foyer of the Delta office.
