Marc Started a Real Estate Fund
Marc Adwan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kybana Group, a real estate company based in Cyprus. He raised the equity required and decided to penetrate the Cypriot market, targeting its rising economy. As a first project, Adwan acquired an 8,000 sqm land in Protaras (Cyprus’ chicest summer destination) 200 meters away from the sea where the company will build a residential compound of 16 luxury villas. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2021.
