The GLCM Speaker Series is a unique partnership between GLCM program and various industry leaders. The speaker series was created to provide opportunities for leaders of the construction industry to exchange ideas, experiences, and innovations with members of GLCM as well as Columbia students. Examples of speakers participated in this initiative have been Chief Executive Officers, company partners, associates, and owners hailing from international construction firms, think tanks, Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Companies, legal practices, and more. Some of the topics covered in this series are international development, artificial intelligence (AI), corruption, industry trends, mega-projects, and the changing culture. The GLCM Speaker Series will continue to provide a forum for the industry's most influential members to share the lessons learned over their successful careers with the most promising future leaders of the industry.
