It is estimated that 5 generations are currently represented in our industry, and GLCM group teams have assessed the impacts of fundamental generational differences and their effects on the strategies of various sized firms. The GLCM covered several projects on this subject including literature review to study trends in the construction industry, Millennial's and Generation Z engagement, and concluded with industry analysis and interviews. Another GLCM team built upon this data and developed a global survey with nearly 3,000 different respondents from a multitude of different backgrounds, cultures, geographic locations, and ages to make recommendations on the "Ideal Workplace" in Construction.
