Christopher Guilcapi

Christopher Guilcapi works in Product Cost Management and Data Analytics at Turner & Townsend. He is focusing on modularization and productization of products within global data centers, analyzing construction trends, and building interactive dashboards to examine performance measurements. He is the recipient of the prestigious Gates Millennium Scholarship funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the GEM Fellowship at Columbia University in recognition of his great potential and research experience, the Hispanic Scholarship Foundation (HSF) Leadership Scholarship for his professional development experience, and the Buick Achievers Scholarship in his pursuit of a STEM education. He is a current member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York, and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Chris received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) through the Quantic School of Business and Technology, his Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering with Honors and a Minor in Business from Lehigh University. While at Columbia University, he was a member of the Global Leaders in Construction Management research group, helped to create and develop the GLCM website, and his research focused on Project Delivery Methods. He was also a Graduate Class Marshal, a Department Representative in the Engineering Graduate Student Council, and a Professional Development and Leadership Fellow.
